Ione Isabel Raeker, 87, of Brooklyn Center, passed away March 16, 2024.
She was born Sept. 14, 1936, in Spring Hill, Minnesota, to Ben and Veronica (Och) Krantz.
Ione was preceded in death by her husband, Harold (Curly) Raeker; and brothers Stan, Jerome and Jim.
She is survived by children Scott (Barb Price) Raeker, Sherry (Ken Dixon) Raeker, Janet (Dan) Jakobitz, Denise (Greg) Haas and Carolyn (Allan) Coleman; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; brothers Dennis (Delores), Gary (Pat) and Chuck; sisters-in-law Marlene Krantz, Arlene Raeker, Alice Saunders, Phyllis (Rod) Pelo; and many nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday, April 5, at Church of the Sacred Heart, 4087 W. Broadway, Robbinsdale. Visitation will be one hour before Mass. Private interment will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
The funeral was arranged by Gearty-Delmore Funeral Home of Robbinsdale.
